Bargaining Update #2

March 17 was the second bargaining session with the city.

Bargaining was very productive with your bargaining team and management reaching tentative agreements on several articles.

This will allow up us to move forward on economic proposals including wage COLA’s, longevity, increasing the current top by three additional steps, and equity for park seasonals.

We have also proposed changes to overtime and language to protect our members by requiring 8 hours in between shifts.
